This guy is SUPERB!!! He is a FANTASTIC Teacher!! He doesn't show off what he is and what he does. He really wants anyone to learn, grow and have fun with working out. I am very very beginning and I actually understood and remember what he did. I think I will take my tablet and Obi to the gym when I go. Thanks @Obi Vincent

Hopefully you read this... I made it a point Monday that I would do this exact workout as an alternative leg workout since my legs were still sore for the week. Today Friday I tackled the workout shown in this video. This was a great experience. It got me sweating adding explosive movements even with minimal weight. And wow did it show me my weaknesses. For awhile now I've been trying to narrow down where my legs are lacking. They lack flexibility and explosiveness along with mobility. I have to highly recommend the kettle bell exercise to anyone struggling with their leg day such as I am. Great blueprint here. Dude knows what works. Thank bruv.

I do have questions, Obi. Would you do this every other day is your legs are lagging? (Hypothetical question of course. Lol) Or just something like every third day or twice per week? Do you vary the resistance? Heavy, medium, light days? Using less/more weight and sets?
