Thank you, Anna Olson. That Kefir tip is a hit. I don't have Buttermilk but always keep Kefir because it's so easy to make. And also increasing moisture with other things when reduce sugar.

I did two single batches, and got bold with a double batch. The single batches are easy to handle, and created for the average Joe, like me, which can be handled easily.
