Great workout, I had 128 bpm average and 398 calories, so nice for a 30 minute all-standing workout. A couple of the jumping jacks required a lot of concentration as the high knee jacks required though and the hip twist one I just couldn't do so I am glad you showed the alternative toward the end.

Bloody Difficult Excercise.....but was so much fun to do.....exam season going on and my mum was hesitant on letting me workout with weights, it took longer to workout with weights and she wanted me to use that time for studies....but with your HIIT playlist, since they are comparatively shorter, my mum allows me to do it and they burn roughly the same amount of calories I usually burn with weights.....A BIIG THANK YOU, Sir !! 431 calories and 141bpm ! because of my meds I have a hard time getting my heart rate up but this certainly made it happen. I like how you repeated the moves backwards the 15 mins mark, good way to repeat exercises without it getting boring!! thanks for a great morning workout!!
