The problem isn’t falling asleep. It’s staying asleep. I admit during the winter I wasn’t trying hard enough to sleep early(it was completely my fault, staying up until 1 am playing video games, fapping way too much it was my imagination not porn so it was easier to access). But during the summer it’s an environmental issue. I live in india. My natural sleep time is 11:00 but hot weather makes it hard. I still get more sleep than winters due to better habits but winter sleep is just better.
