It's not on the main "tourist routes", it's on a quiet street in Ragusa Ibla (btw, Ragusa has two cities, this is on the mountain). I found it because my better half decided to start looking up the Michelin guide, depending on the city we were in - and to see how many $$ signs it has ... we were not on a string budget, but still... I have been there, before the craziness of COVID started. Twice! Once to enjoy lunch, and once to enjoy dinner. Both times I left myself "be surprised" - not that I know much about Italian food (besides pizza and pasta), especially the typical names they have for specific cheeses or meat. Both times it was an amazing experience. And surprisingly, you won't cry looking at the bill, the prices are very decent. Thank you!

I believe perfect taste leak garlic onion eggplant but most important pasta like sicilian chefs or very specialized on douw making because hundreds of years wheat harvesting in southern Italy like fish breeding of Tromso Norway and up north whales. Whatever nature offers man is skilled preparing to invent the recipes. Bravo

It's very similar to a calzone. My mother is from Sicily too, she used to make two versions of it: one filled with broccoli, black olives and anchovies. Another one filled with mozzarella, potato, tomatoes amd ham. Both were awesome.
