Just finished this class from all the way in North Carolina! It was great to do a class at while I am away. The room was not warm but it was still a great class. 😊 I felt like I was back at home doing yoga with all my peeps! Thanks for this video, Marty and Jeff!

An honest question and looking for a honest answer from an patron, what happens to flexibility over tine once you stop the classes?

Rahul, thanks for tuning in and for your question. When you stop your yoga routine your body gradually goes back to it's normal state before you started practicing. Overtime, muscles can be weakened or become stiff, and flexibility decreases as your body is not receiving it's daily dose of stretching. You may also have a higher risk of injury! Hi Brad! Many of these videos were made during COVID, so we adapted the breathing during pranayama :)
