In this video, Tim demonstrates how to rock underneath head nods. This is a great movement for energizing the body and preparing it to move. AND, it feels good! Give this a shot when you need to get alert and focused.

The more I work the vestibular system, the more the body seems to want it. Spinning, turning cross-crawls, now this -- hey: I used to be a Mod, but now I'm a Rocker. (You're too young for that reference.) Thanks, Tim!

Wow! I have used rocking for years to circulate spine fluid, but you have revamped it. Thanks!

Awesome!! Thanks for all your movement exploration!!! My regular warmup for my kettlebell or body weight training is 3-4 rounds of rotating cross-crawls, combo rock-nod, and forward-backward crawling. Original strength is the REAL DEAL!!!!!! #benaked

Love the rocking chair movement. Takes a while to get it to go smoothly, but a really nice fun way to invigorate the spine whilst working core stability. Thomas would be really happy you are helping to spread the word he's not vshred 😂

Ha! Thomas has made 2 videos addressing the V-shred conundrum. I figured I’d help.

Jar Jar is 10000 miles below bad. Bad is way too good for him.
