what are the things you don't like in mechanical keyboards? are there any "tends" you don't like? may be full size, RGB, sound ... for example

have you tried operating systems other than M$ Windows, Mac OS, Android & IOS? if yes, what are they? which operating systems do you use now?

Yeah, same as the person above, how about HE switches? I recently bought one, the stock with Bridge75. It kinda different with normal switches. Like it has metal sound when hitting the bottom, unlike plastic thock or thack at normal switches. I honestly like it.

Awesome, will try those. Dirt cheap here in China too, 45 of these for 5.5 USD

Just when I was looking for a new tactile switch to try. I'll definitely give these a go

Update: They're pretty good. The weighting is nearly perfect for me, they sound nice, look interesting, and have quite unique construction, the housing looks in some aspects like the one from Kailh Box switches. They even have beveled part where the contact leaf sits, so it should get rid of interference with cherry keycaps. That's a pity they didn't go with a bit longer travel, 3.5-3.6 mm would be nice. Also some singular switches were noticeably lighter than they should be.

About 10 months ago I bought these and a couple other budget pandas from Ali express, and what I was hoping was a heavy linear. Feker pandas ~67g these outemu pandas at 50-60g (different places give different numbers as shown in the review) mmd princess v3 at 62g (supposedly v3, they were 5 pin) outemu cold plum "supposedly 60g-70g" (lies!) the Fekers type very well (not top tier, but darn close), but are amazing for gaming. top tier. (If they were 62g instead of 67g, would have been perfect for me) The outemu pandas are GREAT for typing, just great; loved them less at gaming. the mmd princess switches were... kind of a let down. I yanked them all and went to a 2nd set of outemus. They just were not consistent, never really lost that scratchy feel after weeks, and the LED pass through did a poor job. I suspect they need a good lubing, but I've not tried that. The cold plums were just too light for me. While they were VERY consistent, weight testing showed 49g activation. I like something right around ~62g. Hated these. My gaming keyboard now has Fekers and the work keyboards at home and the office now have Outemu pandas replacing some ancient gateron browns. VERY much worth the small price I paid. Your Mileage May Vary.

are these outemus / any outemus 5pin vs 3pin? having a hot swap keyboard with outemu switches limiting me to only outemu and certain akko 3 pins, it'd be sad as hell if even new outemus wont work LOL

What do you recommend more? Outemu Pandas or the Outemu purple?

The Pandas for sure. Unless you want less tactility.

I would like to see an in-depth review of a standard membrane keyboard mainly to show it's disadvantages I guess the membrane part is not the only bad part about them for example the keys on a membrane keyboard that I have are hard to press on the edges
@biskitpagla2 ай бұрын
honestly, i dont think there is any advantage to a membrane keyboard these days unless you're sure you want that exact sound and feeling. they used to be the cheaper option not many years ago but that's just not the case these days. so if he really made such a video it'd be like beating a dead horse 😂

what about reliability and durability? many people that used keyboards with outemu switches such as kumara k552 say that some keys stopped working and they needed to replace some switches or is it the PCB that caused those problems?
@swift34867 күн бұрын
its definetely the pcb

Hello ! I have a 2 year old Redragon Varuna k559 , and I got bored of my outemu blue switches, and recently bought the Holy Pandas V2 , and I realised they don't fit , but I rly didn't want to mod them and stuff so I just sold them. Now I'm thinking to get these ones since they are outemu so they should be compatible with my outemu sockets . But the only thing that kinda annoys me is the fact that it might not fit . I have looked at the difference between the outemu switches and the holy Pandas I bought ,I saw that they are just bigger , but idk if that the cause of them not fitting , or the pins . Please help me and tell me these ones should fit . My English is not that great and if there are any misunderstandings I can just rephrase my problem . Thanks !
