Absolutely! The idea of "Compassionate Self-Awareness" does take "self-compassion" to another level. For me, it's a deepening of it and most helpful when the outcome of my goals might not be what I hoped for. That "self-awareness" part is the deeper understanding of how to pivot my goal or understand if it's not realistic. Thank you, Dr. Becker-Phelps!
