In this video we will see how to make pachai payaru dosai recipe at home. This pachai payaru/ pasi paruppu / green gram is first sprouted and then these sprouted grain are then ground into batter which is then fermented to make the tasty and healthy dosa batter. These sprouted grains are super healthy and delicious and are packed with nutrients.

Hi Steffi super coincidentally I made it to but I used 1cup whole green dhal for sprouting and I used just half cup rice. Added ginger garlic and green chili

Soaking time 8 hours n sprouting time 24 or 30 hours..so it takes one day 8 hrs approximately...so I will start the green gram process tomorrow...n day after tomorrow I will prepare yummy green gram dosa sister😊😊
