Because the goblins tell him to (that or it's because Pat is hoarding health items and Nemesis is trying to stop the imminent monopoly). Also, Paige is back; that's nice. Will Pat have to do this all again later? Yes, but in HD!!!!

"if that lock had been slightly sturdier" i'm glad i'm not the only one bugged by things like that, even in fantasy settings, like when character is running from monsters only to be saved at the last second by other character or only to manage just narrowly to make it through corridor before it closes, close calls like this and things happening, just right at just the right time are always scenarios where i'm like, if so and so hadn't done this this series would happen, like, if guts hadn't been picked up as a baby by a mercenary group berserk just wouldn't happen, if miss kauru hadn't been up that morning looking for the manslayer she's have never met kenshin, it especially gets to me when the main character is attacked by the other heroes cuz they mistake him for a bad guy, if he hadn't managed to dodge those attacks their wouldn't be a movie, stuff gets to me man lol

The first zombies were the strongest for a long time. In night of the living dead, they had infinite stamina, they ran and they were smart enough to know that punching a window and getting no results meant get a brick. They even collectively after grabbing someone would grab them over themselves to be carried into a killzone of 15ft radius of zombie. They even, after turning were very silent and didn't just go crazy with the moaning. Then you get the left for dead zombies and Resident Evil mutations.

3:49:00 I'm pretty sure he only had one daughter and it's conflicting things according to the wiki they got killed in the resulting chaos of them trying to escape a warehouse but according to the unofficial comic it shows that they were running from zombies and his wife Twisted her ankle and the daughter was trying to help get them up and instead of going back to get him he just runs away and leave them to die.

2:35:00 - This is one of the really dumb elements of RE3: The Police Station will provide either the Grenade Launcher or the Magnum... and its not based on difficulty. Which one you get is completely random. You can die and reload a save mid-playthrough and there is a chance that you will get one instead of the other. I did, because at one point I got the Magnum from there, Died, had to go back to pick it up, only to be given a Grenade Launcher. It's one of the many RNG elements that a lot of speedrunners really hate about RE3; the enemy placement in a lot of locations is also generally randomized as well, which makes different encounters easier/harder based solely on RNG. It is a complete dice roll, and that dice roll will 'reroll' if you witness it during a playthrough, reload back before the encounter, and go through a room again.

This is by far the hardest classic RE game. Tons of zombies and theyre fast, Nemesis grabbing you and killing you easily. Not to mention its difficult to judge which routes to clear at what time.

CVX is tbh, since that game will outright shit-test you with resources to the point where you can wind up in situations where you have no choice but to reload hours of progress if not outright restart the whole game because you used something on the wrong boss fight, whereas RE 3 at least gives you the option to avoid most of its fuckery

I hope the dodge mechanics come back in remake, the only game in the series that seemed to have it was 6 with 5 having it be partially there when picking up items. It is also the reason why I refuse to play 2 even though I love 2.
