Major Deja Vu for D.C Douglas here. His character in Tales of Vesperia did this exact same thing (brainwashing a heroine, sics her against the protagonist who snaps her out of it) and that game came out the same year as this one. Paige gets so much shit for being bad at video games, but there is nothing quite as funny as watching her casually trivialize Wesker like a little bitch for the whole first phase of the final battle. Holy shit. And this is followed shortly after by Pat blaming Paige for that awful final phase too! She was totally in the right, she couldn't possibly shoot at Wesker's weak point, and Pat got his ass killed like a fucking joke afterwards. Great playthrough, guys, and Paige you did extra great, you beautiful mustard goblin!

Now that I know that , and . can move a KZbin vid forward or back a single frame, I have unlocked the power to see the EXACT MOMENT when Wesker's head just inexplicably vanishes. The models of the rockets clip with his face just long enough that it would look like they pass through, but apparently the rockets ALSO disappear in the same frame. Weirdly, the rocket's flame does not, and the now disembodied fire continues flying down the path into the lava. I can appreciate turning jank into slight-of-hand for what is such an imperceptible moment.

Eh, I've come to not mind RE5 Jill's design, but I think they should have worked up to it. Like: 1 and 3 she has her short-ish brown hair < Insert game where she's grown long brown hair > -Maybe she dyes it, or maybe it's a side-effect of some bio-goo/genetics stuff (which makes her the kung-fu master she is in 5).- Then 5 happens. -If it's not a permanent change, it probably means Wesker or one of his lackeys is being a weird creepo, because they must have dyed her hair to keep the roots blonde.-

im still convinced that what Pat calls Wesker's teleportation, is actually super speed. But the writers of this story dont know how super speed actually works in fiction, so they reffered to anime (and probably the Matrix) for their sources on how he should move. which btw, having this actiony stuff in Resident Evil really made me boo this game a whole bunch. RE4 found this nice medium between survival horror and cheesy action movie. But this game threw any intruige i had in the series out the airlock. RE 5 and 6, the movies, and the Wii games made this series into schlock. I was relieved when the remake for RE 2 came out, cant wait for RE 3, i hope they remake RE 4, I hope they completely overhaul the story from scratch on RE 5 if they remake it.

@@trevingrayek1671 Don't wanna be that guy but the wiki isn't necessarily a official resource, its just all the fans putting info in one place, to me if it was super speed you should be seeing and hearing the wind as Wesker moves, sure there's a little distortion around the area he's moving but everyone's hair and any loose objects should be flying around any time he poofs like that. It probably is super speed because teleportation is out of the realm of possibility for a mutation in this series, but the devs do a poor job of conveying that he's supposed to be moving not just warping. Also this is probably just a story convenience but if Wesker can move that fast why doesn't he just punch Chris in the face 100 times at that speed, rather then using it to get in close and then switch to normal speed punches that can be somewhat dodged or at 2:58:26 where he almost gets hit by one of Shieva's seemingly normal speed kicks.

Yeah, I'm always conflicted on info from wikis, it's more then likley good info, but when it comes down to using it as a Factual for arguments it kinda falls apart as soon as you realise that people can just edit it to make themselves right retroactively, which I've seen people do in arguments before.
