at one hour in charlie basically describes phantom dust. Action game based on 'cards'. You build an arsenal/'deck' of spells that your character keep in a little glass tube of particles. When you enter combat you throw it on the ground, and 3 spells appear at a time around the area. You can assign these spells by walking over them and pressing any unassigned button on the controller. Some of the spells are one time use, some unlimited, some are entirely defensive, some just let you fly and jump really high, etc.
