This is the easiest Tai Chi instruction I have found. The movements are clear and performed a pace that is easy to follow. Thank you Master Chen. I’ve been able to use your lessons as a supplement to the in-person classes I began during the pandemic. Most importantly, I am strengthening my core, increasing my energy, and improving my breathing (I have early stage COPD). Your teachings are a blessing.

Well done, One thing I do in practice and in teaching this form at Shaolin is I sometimes practice more of a circular sweeping step as I prepare for part the wild horses mane as I use this circular sweeping motion often in tai chi push hands sparring and also in regular sparring hooking the opponent's foot and ankle and thus taking them off balance or all the way to the ground while simultaneously attacking the upper body. It's a small change but that practice makes for aven more effective martial application of the form. Another thing is some of the terminologies when mentioned in the more poetic translation we say "Strike The twin Peaks" (meaning box the opponent's ears or temples with both fists) but it just sounds much more poetic and heroic :)
