This is incredible, I’ve just tried it and I’ve rarely felt such a burn, especially in the lower abs. I’ll come back to this one regularly! Although I noticed it’s impossible for me to fully bring my knees to my chest (even in single knee movement), whatever position I’m in… I don’t know if it’s a flexibility problem, a not enough strong core/hip flexors, my body structure or a mix of everything. Do I need to practice these particular exercises more regularly to see an improvement, or do I just need to stretch more?

So glad you enjoyed it! It definitely could be a number of things. Do you also find it tough to do hamstring stretches where you lie on your back and bring your leg towards you? If you find it hard to keep your leg straight during hamstring stretches then it is likely a tight hamstring or glute. If that's not a problem then it could just be a body structure issue. Another thing you can try is standing and pulling your knee to your chest with both hands. I guess you would have the same problem there?

I don't have a problem bringing my knees to my chest with my hands if the legs are folded, but I do indeed really struggle in stretches like forward bent (seated or standing) despite having been doing it for months. I guess I just have to keep stretching and I'll eventually get there 😅

Yes, sounds like tight hamstrings. Tightness in that area can be a genetic thing, but you can definitely improve with consistent stretching.
