www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Feel Good Series, a series of 4 workouts that will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. You will use your own body weight with fluid, dance like movements in unique combinations to keep your mind and body engaged. These workouts are gentle, but effective. They are low impact and joint friendly, but will definitely still leave you feeling thoroughly workout out.
Feel Good Cardio Sculpt is a low impact workout which incorporates long, fluid cardio moves with more targeted sculpting exercises. There is a great balance challenge element to this workout with some front and back leg raises and lots of lateral moves with swan arms. You will increase your heart rate and gently sculpt your muscles whilst dynamically stretching your entire body. You will finish with a deeper stretch to leave you invigorated and lengthened!

Very nice workout, graceful, flown, energetic. So much better than doing burpees at the gym with instructors screaming like drill sergeants!

Thanks Linda just what was needed after I did some squats with weights yesterday and my legs and glutes were feeling tight/sore. This was perfect and challenging as ever. Forgot to say I loved the drum and bass music too.

You find the most unique moves that I don't see in other workouts! Very creative and fun, as always. Along with some deceptively hard moves. I like to think I'm looking as graceful as you are but if I ever catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror....Something to work toward!

Hi Linda, I love this type of Cardio Sculpt workouts you do for us. I was looking for the other cat you always had. Guess he/she was replaced with the Swan, lol Have a very Happy, Healthy New Year. Thanks for the workout. Been doing alot of Step aerobics and I could use a break. They can get pretty grueling at times.

This really was feel-good! Not too hard, just right to get the sweat on and the endorphins going. And just a bit of modifications made it office-friendly; I’m ok to put my finger-tips on the floor (I can wash my hands after), but do a standing stretch. Thank u for this nice, moderate sess!

Hey, sorry to hear you have it too. I'm 4.5 months in and it's been the toughest thing I have ever gone through. I am coming out the other end and am getting my life back. The 2 most important things to focus on are gut health and meditation. I can't stress those 2 enough! Good luck.
