Even though I found parts of this workout challenging--I'm looking at you, obliques!--it was so well paced that I was surprised when it was over. Wonderful Pilates Fushion class - I did both parts as a longer workout and used small water bottles filled with sand. Which made for a little challenge in the last exercise, so I did the leg raises without them. Still was very benificial. Love your slow tempo which works well with my breath lengths to create a meditation in motion. Lieben Dank für dieses Workout, Katja😘.

Thank you for Part 2 of this routine, Katja! I did Part 1 yesterday and now Part 2 today. They were both excellent! I really like the idea of having two parts. It means that on a busy day I can just do one and it's manageable, but when I have more time there are two parts for a full-length session. Love it. Thank you, Katja!
