Watch the very recent interview with Dr. Michael Hollis Phd. by Dr. Berg. D3 must be supplemented daily to keep levels up despite being fat soluble. This is why studies where mega doses of D3 given monthly or even weekly fail to keep consistent therapeutic levels. I suspect such studies were designed to fail.

I'm sure humans natural source for B12, came from the water. As many animals pee and poop in the water and it's filled with bacteria. Nowadays it's filtered out, as I'm sure goes for many other essential nutrients, like iodine, which is also being fortified in bread, through salt. (Not organic bread, though, at least not in my country.) Of which I both believe, would be more beneficial, if added back to the water supply.

I would like a video about the nutrition value that a silverback gorilla eats per day, and they eat 25kg of green plants. So what is the daily vitamin, mineral, amino, omega and fiber they consume?
@metaphysicalArtist Жыл бұрын
Silverback gorillas are herbivores, and their diet mainly consists of green plants, fruits, and leaves. They eat about 25kg of vegetation per day, which provides them with a wide range of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, omega fatty acids, and fiber. Here is a breakdown of the daily nutrition value that a silverback gorilla consumes: Vitamins: Vitamin C: about 400 mg Vitamin A: about 7000 IU Vitamin B6: about 0.5 mg Folate: about 400 mcg Minerals: Potassium: about 3500 mg Magnesium: about 450 mg Calcium: about 400 mg Iron: about 6 mg Zinc: about 7 mg Amino acids: Silverback gorillas consume all the essential amino acids in sufficient amounts through their plant-based diet. Omega fatty acids: Silverback gorillas consume alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which is a type of omega-3 fatty acid, in their diet. Fiber: Silverback gorillas consume a high amount of dietary fiber from their plant-based diet, which aids in digestion and provides other health benefits. It's important to note that the exact nutrition value can vary depending on the specific plants that the gorilla consumes, as well as other factors such as age, sex, and activity level. - ChatGPT Mar 14 Version
