Just started drinking pomegranate juice. I was skeptical at first because we've all heard the bad about pasturized juices but somehow pomegranate juice must be surviving the negative effects of pasturation because after drinking the store bought juice for 2 weeks i feel like i have a whole new body in many areas. Its expensive but worth every penny. I am so grateful i discovered this juice. It has changed my life for the better.
@Un1234l11 ай бұрын
The fruit is cheaper and offers more benefits. Juice may be more convenient but it's actually not hard to eat the fruit. Score and divide the skin into sections, and then eat the seeds straight from the sections like a sliced orange. Saved money, time, wasted nutrition.

No, I drink the juice - I just make sure it's organic, cold pressed, no concentrate, no added sugar. Of course it's expensive.

Not sure how bad the juice can be, but I know from personal experience that when I’ve caught a cold or any familiar illness, 100% pomegranate juice works better and much faster than any medicine to get me back to health. My nose often gets more runny than usual after drinking the juice, I suspect it’s the properties in the juice trying to get rid of the impurities in my system.

Thank you. I'd like to know about two potential superfoods: 1. BERGAMOT. And 2. ACORNS. Several claims have been made about (Bergamot) that the ones grown in Italy are the most powerful for the cardiovascular system. Any info on this would be appreciated...and if Bergamot is grown in the US. Also...once raw acorns have the tannic acid removed, there seems to be some powerful benefits. Thanks again.
