Best guest trainer you have on here. Finally someone who pushes to work hard and not apologize for it. This trainer instructs an actual workout, not a pretty performance like some of the videos. She seems to care that we get a good workout, other trainers give a HIgh-5 after 10 pushups and act like they just climbed Mt. Everest! Bring her back!

Kit Rich is the best trainer on Popsugar Fitness!I have done this video (and all her others ones) hundreds of times! I am a distance runner and turn to her videos for strength/recovery/core etc. She really knows how to pack a punch while working the full body, leaving you energized and stronger than when you started. She is great about getting right into the workout & not talking too much or over explaining. She does a simple demo and dives right in. She knows how to encourage and push while still being intentional and sincere. I really never comment on any videos, so this is how much I love Kit Rich!

I lost 50 lbs doing this video 3 times a week and weights 2 times a week. Still going strong! These videos make me feel liek Im at an actual workout class in the gym, only its more comfortable because i dont have to worry about other people (i have social anxiety). Thanks pop sugar! Im trying to conceive and getting healthy before conception is a huge deal to me you guys have helped so much and I love you!

Absolutely loved this workout! I've spent the last few months of quarantine doing all of Raneir Pollard and Jeanette Jenkins' workout videos on Popsugar. And I have to say, this workout is definitely not easy! I sweat so much that I was literally sliding of my mat during the side planks hahaha For those who are interested, I managed to burn 516 calories (158cm, 54kg) during this workout :)

This video killed me but I loved it! Please bring Kit back! She, Jeannette Jenkins, and Krista DiPaolo are the best 3 trainers you've had on this channel. Fantastic energy & motivation with some humor mixed in. I like this video so much because even though it was hard as hell, it was easy to keep going since the moves were only 60 or 30 seconds. Just when you think you're about to die and give up, it's over & you're on to the next move!

Just did it and loved it. The variations were amazing, the cardio was killer I am drenched right now. Phew! Just finished and this is an awesome workout. The inspirational message during cool down was so nice, I literally shed a tear and was like "yea! I can do this!" Lol... But... more likely I was shedding a tear of happiness the workout was over 😂💪🏼

She's so good because she actually tells you when you should use certain modifications! The other trainers are awesome too, but they make you figure it out yourself and then if you end up hurting yourself or getting tired quickly, it's because they didn't tell you when you should use modifications. Great work out!!

I had done her previous 30-min. workout and just happened to find this 45-minute class. Wow! I really had to work hard but it was made easier by Casey's modifictions - I have hip artritis on the right hip and have been recovering from a running injury. Bring her back for a 60-min. workout.

LOVE this workout and great 45-min length. Challenging but very fun and goes by fast. Love the trainer’s enthusiasm and as always I love when Anna is in the class. I liked the cardio portion so much once I finish it I go back to the start to do it over again and turn the 45 minutes into about 75 ! Please get more workouts by this trainer!

..i love this trainer; she is thorough, pushes intensity while staying on top of technique/ alignment with much clarity! this workout kicked my butt! i also appreciate the other trainers in the video; they all were working so hard; they look strong and healthy and are dressed appropriately (unlike some videos where the women are dressed almost in lingerie).

Excellent workout routine! I love it. My abs have never been so tired. Those abs exercises at the end were very hard and very fun executing it. I really enjoyed. The trainer is very good at it. She kept me motivated all the whole time. Great workout for replacing the gym during this lockdown.!!!

I was surprised by this. I find a lot of fitsugar workouts aren't challenging enough for me. this workout starts slow but it builds. I also thought there would be a long cool down period at the end but thankfully it is a full 45 min workout with some nice stretches after. will definitely do again
