That's when you know its a great workout when it looks easy but when you have good form and a great instructor you find out you can get quite a burn!

Oh I thought this myself! I did a weightless arm workout before this and the first minute was like "hah burning? I am feeling nothing." 20sec later and my arms burt greater then hell a

I've been doing it for 7 days straight and I tried my blazer today, it fits! Ussually I can still put it on but very tight in the arm. Be patient girl, at 7th day, it gets much easier!

I've been doing this daily for approx a month - once, little break, then again. My arm strength has improved SO MUCH. The first time I did it, I was like "How are they able to keep their arms up!?". I had to keep putting mine down for a rest. By 2-3 weeks though, I was doing it! My secret - I do it while sitting on the floor. If I had to stand, I think I would've been like "Meh, too tired" and not kept with it. Effective workout, thank you!

Ayesha Irfan In terms of appearance, not yet. My arms however are where fat seems to like to stay on my body so I need to try to burn some of it off. But it's definitely made a difference in terms of strength and I feel like I am toning but just can't see it as yet.

@@AmD_One Oh, hey all! Apologies, YT never sent me notifications for these replies. To answer your questions, yes! I now have visible definition in my arms, woo! I did slack off for a bit but am back to doing some kind of arm work daily. Nowadays I do a combo of different arm YT vids, for a daily workout of 10-20 mins. Still while sitting! I am looking to do more cardio though in order to move my stubborn arm fat. But yes, I can confirm - persistence pays off!

I love these short workouts so much! I struggle to motivate myself so I always say "just do one 5 minute workout from KZbin and you can stop" but I always end up doing a minimum of 3 or 4. Really appreciate these, please make more 😁💙

anyone looking for fast results this is the best workout i did it for 1 and a half week and i lost 5 to 6 cm of fat from my arms also mt arms r looking toned not like the muscular one but like a kpop model take it jst as an example guys those who r starting to do this please dont stop you can do this results wont come in a day it will take time but u will see it thanku for reading guys

Great workout! Currently my bingo wings provide me with a nice breeze as they flap back and forth. I expect that after doing this regularly I'll need an electric fan.

Love this arm workout! I've done it everyday for the past 9 days and my arms are burning everytime! The first 3-4 days I had to drop my arms to rest but I'm able to push through it now. On to getting rid of these flabby arms!!

I've been doing this workout for about 6 months now, 4 times a week. I can tell you its given me the most toned capped shoulders (in a cute way haha, not overly muscular) and has made me feel so much stronger. But just to warn you it won't get rid of the bat wings haha, still looking for a workout for that!

Hi! I'm trying the arm workout because arms are my one of my insecurities. At first, its so hard to do it. I try to stay still and add more motivation to myself. After a week, I didn't expect the results of my arms they are getting slimmer and firmer and even didn't expect the muscles of my arms are getting bigger. And now, I'll continue doing this routine! Thanks for this workout. I love that it's short. At the beginning I kept taking short breaks because I couldn't keep my arms up, but after a few days , no problem ( I surprised myself). I do this while hulahooping with a weighted hulahoop. While hulahooping, the arms aren't really doing anything, so this a a great combination. Sara says to hold the core, I believe hulahooping helps with that. In any case I love this workout!

When I first did this workout, I was like Jesus help me!! 4 minutes seemed too long. But now after a few weeks of doing this workout, it seems much easier to do. So just smile through the workout and do it!

I’ve been doing this daily for a month and two weeks, and this is really affective for trimming your arms. If you want to accelerate the effectiveness, i recommend highly to flank after this workout.

@@amalelghailani3258 I think that this workout makes the arms stronger but in order to lose weight in the arms it’s essential to eat less calories overall and do cardio, too, because exercises like these don’t burn so many calories.. but they do help muscles grow, so for that, this is a pretty good workout in my opinion 😊

Wow!!! I REALLY enjoed this workout! I've started working out 3 days ago but I founded this video and tried it out! I always had difficulty in arm workouts but I got through this without giving up so I'm going to continue it! I'm going to REALLY update you in September 10th and tell you my results ! I will share my routine too. EDIT; Today is my 8th day. It has become rlly easy to do! I combine it to a blogilates arms video and I can definitely see results! I will continue it and I will tell you my whole workout!

this was a killer arm work out phew!! and you dont have to use weights to tone those arms!! a thumbs up!!!

I'm gonna be honest here....I thought 5 mins....its gonna be piece of cake... But man I was wrong....My arms began to burn within the first 30 secs.... I did this workout by sitting on my bed.... Gonna try this for a week !

I can't even imagine I used to only be able to do the first one before stopping! It still burns but I can pretty easily get through the whole thing now!! I'm so happy

Maria Sherazi I have been doing short 4-5 minute arm workouts with no weights for several months now and my arms look great. I do them 5 or 6 times a week. Sometimes twice in one day if I feel like it.
