@Spain on a fork I lived all my life in a joint family with all of the cooking done by women of our house. So I never had any exposure to cooking. Recently I moved out to another country with my wife and so with both of us working it was unjustified for only her to do all the cooking. I jumped in occasionally helping her, even with no earlier experience, your channel helped me a tonne. All the dishes are quick and easy to make with ingredients easily available where I live now. This looks delicious! I’ve developed, at age 65, a love for chickpeas. I’ve been roasting them with sliced shallots and sliced cherry tomatoes in good olive oil and seasonings. I roast at 425 degrees F until the tomatoes are somewhat charred, about 25-30 minutes. I love it with rice, and now I’m going to try it with brown rice, barley or farro. Thank you for sharing this recipe-it looks like a great one!

Two tips - save the chickpea juice (aquafaba) and add to the pan with the veggie broth as it is a great thickening agent so why waste it? Tip 2 - a laddle of pasta water added to the sauce will emulsify and result in a creamier sauce.

I was looking up a recipe for tuna with rice. Because I'm home ,and not feeling well. I did not want to do any involved cooking. I came upon 2 other recipes online That were all right.And then I saw yours and I said well, "let me try it." Oh, my goodness, Delicioso. The only thing I did different is that I had cooked rice of time. rice. And I used canned salmon, and I also used frozen Mixed Vegetables with Broccoli ,carrots, red & green peppers onions Along with some leftover raw carrots and onions that I had.I threw those into I added a can of dice tomatoes the paprika that you used and I let it go. So easy , delicious , filling, and so nutritious. Great for feeding a lot of people. Thank you.

This was so good! Even my pasta and chickpea-hating husband devoured it and asked for seconds. I was out of spaghetti, so we used fucilli instead. My youngest wanted "double goodness" and added frozen peas and carrots without permission (no complaints here) while I was shredding the cheese, and both kids said it needed more cheese (it didn't), but it was a win for the whole family. Plus, it was so filling! So delicious!

Why does adding the cheese to soon to a cheese sauce cause it to separate? It would take me forever to do spinach, prewashed or not I pick through so I don't get any slimy leaves, and I have a thing about stems.--But I love the stuff and just prep it first.
