Lovely session. I had a bit of a limp yesterday morning (tender IT band) the new hip opener/ glute session worked a treat. Managed to get a nice long run in this morning pain free. Will combine the strength and yoga sessions. From 5k to 21k can't complain. This is all down to proper care and conditioning from Ash. He knows his stuff we are lucky to have him! 👊

Great dynamic stretch routine! Simple and easy to follow, and very effective and calming. As I can tend to be aggressive even with my stretching, I appreciate the regular reminders to "be kind to your body". I've subscribed and look forward to your other post-run videos.

This has helped my super tight left hamstring, I need to keep doing it. Would you recommend a roller to try and iron it out too?

Yes, absolutely. I would go easy on it though Rob. I’ve got a foam roller video coming up. You don’t want to tenderise the muscles with a foam roller, iron out is a nice way to think (gently) 😊👍🏻

Excellent video, once again. Do you have any good suggestion for really tight calves? Those always seem to be my problem area after a long run.

No worries Bhagath, thanks again for commenting 🙏 I've got a deeper stretch coming out next week of 25 minutes and that covers a lot of the body and then another one towards the end of October 👍 I do plan to start an online platform with really long in-depth videos as these take a lot more work planning and delivering 😀
