I just bought one of these stixs. It has an 88lbs curl resistance so I'm getting use to it for the first time and I'm learning new ways to use it. Although my stix has the shorter handles but it still works.

I like the shorter handles power twister bar and the long handles power twister because both give you different kinds of pressure workouts, so I use both simultaneously. 💪

Tip for the ambitious: After these workouts, add the practice of gymnastic arm reps to work on bringing out the speed the twister bas puts into you. Its the same principle of one of the fastest professional boxers working out with a more or less light weight resistance band to making punches still work.
