Summing up: 1) Healthy Easy to digest food 2) Stay well hydrated 3) Find a relaxing hobby 4) Pranayama - Sheetali -Sheetkari -Chandra behdna -Rechak (prolonged exhalation) using clavicular muscles, intercostals and diaphragm - shunyaka . Inhale slowly and fully . Exhale completely . Tone tummy and hold for few seconds and release

To neutralize hyper-acidity in the stomach or to get rid of acid reflux, eat red apples for a couple of days.

Thank you so much. My daughter is 8 year old. She eats healthy but still struggling with acid reflux.After so many tests and dr visit nothing helped her . This comment did it. I am giving her apples every day now I can see the difference. Thank you.

I agree with you 💯 percent Doctor. I am going to share this with a friend who gets acid reflux all the time, repeatedly. She's always stressed, over everything, it seems.

In 2021, myself and my Ma was suffered by Corona Delta variant. We are recovered but post Covid she is still having issues with breathing problem. She is 70 and post PFT test we came to know that she is now asthmatic. We tried allopathic, Ayurveda but none of that helped. Need your help and advice
