35 weeks pregnant and felt totally safe doing this workout, yet everything was on fire! Highly recommend and sooo grateful for a solid workout for how far along I am. Helps me stay motivated and keep going

I love your channel so much and I do all your Pilates. I never think I will fall in love with Pilates because I prefer to do intensed sport like basketball or running. After I found I am pregnant, I have to adjust the way I work out. Your channel really helps me how to be a happy pregnant woman, not only work out. It is more than words. Loved it. 19 weeks. Decided to follow her Pilates all along this pregnancy. I was too soft on my first pregnancy and only did beginner yoga stretches and regretted at the end.

I’m 26 weeks pregnant and this definitely challenges me. It’s my fourth time doing this video, it’s one of my favorites and I challenge my pose more as I get used to the workouts it feels even more strengthening. Baby is active after my cool down too. Thank you Jess 🥰

It was definitely challenging for this 30 week pregnant body, but I loved that there were stretches in between! A lot of works outs on knees which I’m not a fan of, but I kept telling myself that I needed this to prep for labor!

I've been really wanting to try Barre so it was amazing to be able to do it at home! Definitely an intense workout and I feel like I worked out every muscle on my body lol I'm looking forward to more pilates + barre inspired workouts :)
