I never like doing a workout more than twice but I keep coming back to this video! I love this! I am almost 35 weeks and it still feels great!

This was one of THE best workouts I've ever done and I've done a LOT. I have never done Barre because I felt not only intimidated but not sure it would make me as sweat as my heavy weight workouts. I can say it absolutely did! I loved it even though I'm not pregnant. I also enjoyed lifting light weights with higher reps. That felt great. Thank you so much. This will be in my regular rotation. Bless you.

So am 15wks pregnant 😊 And just found your channel. I've been really suffering with tight glutes and hamstrings which has stopped me from running atm. But i also want to learn to build inner strength not just look after my weight while i get bigger. This was definitely a challenge but will definitely continue ❤ Thank you 😊

This was great! I was a little concerned it would many be challenging enough for a first trimester used to working out with you- I should have known better. 😂 I even had to put my arms weight down this time- this is a great one to keep coming back to! Thanks! 🙌🏼♥️
