Your farm looks beautiful so does the car. I think you should clean the throttle body step motors. On my 1995 UCF 20R I cleaned these step motors every 50k kms... this restores correct idle speed, idle-up under load and AC compressor and improved overall performance, they get gummed up with charcoal and carbon. Check fuel pressure and injectors for gum and varnish can cause low pressure in the injector and incorrect spray pattern. Cheers from Sunny Australia (not Austria!!)

Thanks for your comment, my UCF10 has a cable-operated throttle valve, but the traction control throttle is operated by a stepper motor. I will look into that. Thanks so much for watching!

I am not sure , but i think It's not the gearbox issue , if there's issue with it , you will feel it with all speed , but I thing it's the fuel pump its becoming weak , or the fuel filter too dairty, and not allow the fuel to go throw fast with fast speed . And by the way , you should turn the car on , when you want to check the gearbox oil level , Turn the car on. Take out the gearbox stick out . Clean it . Put it back and check . And the gearbox should be cold , to check the cold level . And after long distance trip , with hot gearbox, do same steps, and check the hot level.

Thanks for your comment. Regarding the fuel filter: I replaced that during the restoration, and the fuel pump seems to be OK, the car will run fine under full throttle. I checked the transmission oil wit a running engine, but I'll make sure to do it once more. Thanks so much for watching!

I replaced, water pump and timing belt/ ecu by Mororaportz-Josh/ transmission by local transmission person / head gasket by impulse. I am sad but going to try the “wiring” - no clue where to begin - wires, spark plugs, rotor idk 🤷♂️

I am sort of in the same situation with this acceleration problem. At this moment, I don't have time to work on the car and because it is in winter storage I can't test it either. When your only problem is the loss of power under acceleration, I would start looking into the fuel system, especially the fuel pump. This is something I need to investigate on my Project LS400, and honestly, I need to replace the fuel pump. Does your LS shock too under acceleration? Please let me know, maybe we can figure it out together. Thanks for watching!
@iamdamnalex9 ай бұрын
@@Carnold_YT yes, it shocks under acceleration- I am going to try the fuel pump and fuel system. I’ve had my car on park for a little over a year and want to bring it back to life, I will share any updates on my end- it will be wild if it turns out to be the fuel pump- good luck to you! Going to try this next week.

FAAAAAAANTASTIC NEWS! Turned out the previous owner had put in a cheap small crappy fuel pump that died and after replacing it with a normal one for this car and a good quality one, the car runs like new and no issues are on this car now!

Great news! So you didn't have to replace the transmission solenoids?

UPDATE: I checked the codes on my OBD port TE + TE1 bridge a wire or paperclip into those two holes, I got a code 63, over drive light blinks 6 times, stops, blinks three more times and stops, meaning I have a FAULTY shift solenoid number 2, not a big issue and I heard people had these shift solenoids go bad on their a341e transmissions, very easy to replace I will do it myself, while I am at it I will replace the drain pan gasket and filter for the transmission. I will let you know how it drives after I do all this work and clear the codes!

@@TBnBigGNah that car sat outside for almost 9 years and I didn’t feel like fixing everything on it to make it a daily driver, so I traded it for another one that was taken care of and garaged and driven most it’s life higher mileage.

My 91 LS400 is having an issue where it starts and idles fine and can rev to max, but in any gear in drive it sputters and can’t accelerate past 20 mph, new spark plugs new ignition coil checked transmission fluid levels and flushed, new fuel filter, new fuel pump and I don’t know, leave it to the shop to see what they can find.

That sounds like leaking ECU capacitors. Did you check the circuit board of the ECU? Here is my video (1 of 4 in a series) on that subject: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aYiXq4OhaLqDd7Msi=wxMwME69Kd2cjXzZ

You have to calibrate with multimeter have a link

You can measure a voltage and the swinging in voltage. That tells you if the O2-sensor are working properly. I have to look up the values in the workshop manual.
