Thank you very much, being an older lady I sometimes have concentration issues and balance issues. Before this practice I completed the tapping practice you shared a couple of days ago and then completed this one. Concentration was so very much better and with the clarity in my mind balance came easier than it has done in a while. Kseny you’re such an inspirational teacher and my thanks as always.

Hi Kseny! This was a new video for me and it really helped wake up my lower body. I did this one after the 8 pieces of Brocade first and now I am very warm! Thank you for all your videos and Namaste!

Nice color selection, blue like the sky and amber like grain. I do not know if that was a conscious selection or unconscious selection but thank you for being supportive and peaceful.
