Wonderful! I have been feeling stiff lately and need to prepare my body for sitting meditation class. Body tapping seems a great way to wake up my body. I will look to practice daily.

As much as I enjoy this, I just can't do the tea cup exercise properly. I am concentrating so much on trying to keep my hands from turning, that I don't pay attention at anything else.

Hey, thank you for sharing. Although it can be challenging to master some movements, remind yourself that qigong is also about being in a state of flow and letting it go. The more you can relax the easier it becomes 🙏🏼😉
