This 10 minute Qigong for Upper Back will target your upper back, neck and shoulders providing a quick relief for stiff and sore muscles. Two Flying Birds (or doves) is a gentle qigong exercise that will work your shoulders and torso improving circulation and joint mobility.

Thank you Kseny ❤ Flying birds was very difficult for me due to stiffness in upper back. Started feeling pain just after couple of reps. Hoping to heal with the Wi Gong routines with you ❤

Hi kseny, started this practice today. Thought it was just great. Could certainly identify the area of discomfort! Afraid that our india may be the cause as she is very reactive on the lead! Will have to grow stronger in that department. Have a fab day!🐶🐶😁

Hi kseny, what a godsend. Had such a back spasm from wednesday till today - feeling better now but will definitely do this practice. Even hung my body on the cupboard door! That seemed to help! Hope you are having a good weekend!😁🐶🐶

Very pleasant rotation movements. My right shoulder was a bit painful, so paused temporarily and then reduced the range as you suggested. In this sitiuation, would it be good to do this routine often or not?

@@qigongwithkseny I did more shoulder exercices at gym class 2 days later...not a good idea! I am avoiding expansive movements and after 2 weeks the shoulder is significantly better. Thanks for following up. Let me know if you have any further suggestions.
