I have been practicing this technique since October 2021, and it is helping me tremendously. Dealing with cancer and unemployment, it has not only lifted my spirits, but enabled greater insights as to where I am and what I can do. Thank you!

I do qigong following many different teachers online, but seriously, I keep coming back to the beautiful Marisa because this routine includes just about everything we need for a daily practice and I love listening to her. Thank u sweetie. Boyfriend's mom declining from dementia. The only time we see her smile is after we do your qi gong videos together. Boyfriend wants me to learn the poses so I can show her without needing to look at the video, but I think she really responds to you. right now when all this is happening about the CoronaVirus is when we need to focus on practices like this, to feel more balanced, stable and calm. The world needs to reset itself, and start over again with more wholesome practices that allow us to live a life of joy not stress and confusion. I did this this morning, and it has truly helped me to feel calm, wake up my body, and feel energy flowing again. THANK YOU!

I had the same reaction and response when I first did this routine. I am having trouble making this a daily practice even though it retirees pain and fatigue. Trying to start this again today.

My "life was saved" via stumbling on to Donna Eden's Energy routine. Studied and became an Eden practitioner a decade ago. Totally love and deeply appreciate bringing a refreshing variety to my own practice by tuning in with Marissa's nourishing and precious perspective on these fundamental building blocks. I am ovarian cancer survivor. Months after 9th chemo, I always felt exhausted. By doing this several times a week, my energy has been re. Now, I feel like before the first chemo. Refreshed, recovered. Thx a lot

I just watch News only once a day to stay updated, watching it too many times can be stressful, especially too much repeating news. I have read so many books in this lockdown time and loving it. Nice hot cup of tea and tucking into my relaxing knowledgeable book is the order of the day for me.

Since the C19 lockdown I have learned more and more how are bodies are encompassed Energy. And energy is everywhere inside and out. I have COPD and so a lot of exercises are just not suitable for me and I battle the urge to be inactive. These Qigong exercises have been wonderful. They encourage me to move and gain balance and energy without leaving me gasping for breath. Thank you so much for these.

Chianti li is in u tube. He is a healer. Listen to the lady that was to get two lung transplants but when she did the qigong for several months?? She was healed. As a matter of fact, the Mayo Clinic hired chunkier to teach this practice after her healing. Spring forest qigong is his company! Good luck and get healed!!

I did this seated as my health has not been good for sometime now, and WOW, I really DO feel the circulation moving throughout my body, and I DO feel much more 'awake'! I never tried anything quite like this before, except for EFT tapping.

This is the quickest, easiest little energy return for energy expenditure I've ever tried. It's a little yoga, Qigong, magick, Reiki, Mel Robbins, acupuncture, CBT, and I'm sure I've left out many sources, all rolled into one and doable in 17? minutes, and looks to me as if you could stop anywhere you'd done both sides? I love it. I'll do the whole thing later - ran out of space - and pass it on to a Millennial who can't get through the Five Tibetans. P.S. Thank you. I subscribed.

Just discovered your channel about two weeks ago. Marisa where have been on UTube I missed so much by not finding you sooner and the energy Qi Kong was the best I have found. Doing Karen Soo’s Qi Kong warm up and your Energy Qi Kong was an awesome beginning of the day. Love your Touch for Health incorporation into the this routine. I study touch for health and became a touch for instructor in 1982 at forty eight years old. Never decertified as they up the price. I continue to use touch for health in my daily life. I taught Tai Chi as a sixth degree Master Instructor for over 25 years and retired in 2019 at 85. Still do daily TaiChi at home and find doing Ki Gong with U Tube I am able to correct myself. Taichi is done with music or a timer doing Yang Style Long for in 20 Plus minutes with goal of 40 minutes once through the form most days it is around 23 minutes with 30 minutes once a month or so and hitting 40 minutes about once a year. To many honey does and busy work can get in the way as I still have weight training and rowing and spinning bike for a little 30 minute cardio daily mostly Tabata Sessions. Your energy routine the last few days increased my focus and giving me a new shot of enthusiasm. Thanks again Namaste 🙏 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 COVID-19 does not keep me house bound or out of Gyms and the public but becoming a Forest Dweller as the Hindu say at 85 practicing my inner peace and spiritual life “As the days dwindle down “. to quote that great song by Walter Huston “September Song” every should check this song out on U Tube how a non-singer can sell a song much like Lee Marvin’s singing “Wandering Star” in the Movie Paint Your Wagon. Marissa, I have had Shiatsu every 3 weeks for 7 years and found you whilst looking for an alternative after the practice shut due to Covid-19. I found you, and have practiced Yoqi every day during lockdown and intend to carry on. I cannot tell you how your videos have helped ground me physically and mentally during this time. My body is stronger, my energy is better and my posture is much improved too (so my physiotherapist son tells me!) and I actually look forward to my Yoqi session every day. I mix it up and have tried them all and particularly love the resource ‘Yoqi for in love’ ... it’s beautiful❤️Am currently trying to perfect ‘swimming dragon’. Thank you for helping keep me strong and healthy x

This is the best qigong routine. It helps me balance and center myself. I'm going through panic attacks, anxiety and fatigue. This routine is helping me every day feel a little bit more like myself. I'm sending you love and blessings ❤ please continue your amazing work

Me too, just now. It's exactly what I needed and wanted and intended to start as of today!! (I started a few times from an Evolutionary Energy Arts video last summer, was incredible. Allowed myself to not continue, distractions, and decided to DO IT daily now.)

This is an incredible teacher! I’ve been doing QiGong for about a week now (for the first time) and for the first time I feel my back muscles (where I carry my stress) release. It’s like I have had a deep massage. They are actually sore. And I drink tea after and a lot of water. I know I’m detoxing. This is incredible!

I like that you are explaining what is happening to the body if we do what you guide us to do! This is my favourite part of this practice! After the practice, I take a cold, refreshing shower. I feel more energized and focused during the day! Thank you for your guidance 😊

So happy to find this video! I am 70 and learned some of these moves 21 years ago in massage therapy school but have been off work for 2 years due to pandemic and a torn meniscus. Been thinking about starting to practice qi gong again to get my health back and get ready to go back to work when covid numbers go down. So this is perfect! 5 minutes in and i started to cry. ( 3 days prior i been having such intense anger, frustration at life and grief, and general feeling of being on the edge, so to speak) yet after starting these movements felt such a beautiful release! Thank you so much!!!!! I will make this my routine!

Thank you so much for this beautiful routine! I am suffering from depression lately and don't have the energy for my usual yoga or fitness routine. This energy routine is so gentle, I crave to do it. It brings me out of my head into my body and I feel more balanced afterwards.
