Yes, Good, ... AND IN A SAME time, ... it is very important to take care of two legs. For a good growing, we need Good roots and a deep contact with MOTHER-Earth. TANK YOU very much. It is very simple and very good. After we can see transformations in our DREAMS, ... MOTHER-Earth is growing with us.

Amazin. I do this routine almostt everyday now for two weeks, when i discovered this techinique in an old video of yours. And i highly recommend this to everyone. This really brings the sleep quality to another level :) a higher one. One of the most efficient technique in that short time. THANK U a lot and im glad and hyppy to make the practice now. Hi everyone! Peace & love! I loved this movement! I just finished it and i am going back to bed in order to try to sleep. I have big problems with my sleep. It's so hard to just "fall" asleep. My eyes never want to close & sleep. I wish i had my boo next to me at night....! My boyfriend could help me sleep. Hopefully i will find some exercises that finally puts me to sleep. Thank u.

It is a yoga asana. .sit with shoulder against the wall or firm steady upright table etc. legs out to the side .swing legs up.twist at the waist .to lie down . Sir hope you do not mind ,the suggestion and Thankyou
