Ive been doing your classes for a month now Kseny and I am so grateful I found you. I love all your classes. I really liked the movements and postures in this class but I much prefer the guided classes because I love to hear your soothing voice and I can focus more on the movements by listening to your guidance rather than watching the screen. Especially when they are turning or forward food postures. Thank you so much 🙏🏽❤️

She has a very similar routine for women that has a voice over. You might search for it.I too prefer a voice over so I am not always looking at the screen for when to change positions.

I was doing investing this morning. I couldn’t feel grounded, because I was excited by opportunities in crypto. I practised zazen and then your Qi Gong set. I noticed these are Yi Jin Jing and Silken Brocades of Immortals movements. Feeling more tied down to the planet, less tired and energized. Thank you for your teachings, Sifu.

Hi Kseny what a gorgeous practise I had guided by you this morning. I am in a sunny orchard with birdsong. One of the chickens in a pen nearby was very attentive too 😊 I like your silent sessions for a change. Today it meant I was very much grounded in this space, helped by bare feet. I couldn’t see my phone screen clearly (eyesight) so I was focused and also accepting I might not be getting the detailed movements quite right. I feel calm grounded energised and connected now. Thank you 🙏💜

Definitely refreshed and recharged! Another “new to me” video and wowzer…it was terrific M. Totally energized! I didn’t exactly get it done early because I Intentionally slept later this morning after being awake later than I had hoped! Working Hard…Sleeping Harder! 😍😍😍

And I repeated it today. This one holds poses longer and has more repetitions and I appreciate that. Sometimes it’s exactly what I need and sometimes I need fast paced and varied! Blessed am I that I can find all on your channel…thank you Kseny!

Hard to pinpoint my favorite..maybe the slowness to it, giving time to incorporate deeper breathing and also it had some side moves a little different than I had done before, that I liked. Thank you for seeking input! :)

Qigong with Kseny I love this routine! It is a really well rounded full body warm up that you can really well a nice energy distribution in lower and upper body! Would it be possible to make another version of this that has overdubbed voice instructions? It’s really hard to have like the time to study and memorize a form before doing it and is really hard to follow and know how long to hold poses without guidance. Anyways just a suggestion that I’m sure would help others too!!! Thank you so much for having a wonderful channel! :)

Thank you for sharing🙂🙏 Would you consider doing this recording in two formats? One without any voice over (like the above), and the same recording with a voice over so people know when to move when they aren't looking at the screen, and have some form of auditory direction?

I truly appreciate your teaching and I love the qi gong- I have been dealing with shoulder injuries and pain for many years and now I'm in the process of rehabilitating my shoulders and for a few months I just completely stop doing the chi gong because there's so much over the shoulder movements and my shoulders were getting more and more inflamed... I felt like it was counter-productive... are there any modifications or suggestions you would have, or, any video that you can make that is specifically for shoulder pain and shoulder Rehabilitation? I know I've asked before and I can't afford to pay for your services at this time... I would love to when I can! blessings to you! thank you!

Thank you for the video. While the silence is nice in many ways, it can be hard to follow the inhale/exhale patterns and also know when to come out of some of the positions when you aren’t looking at the screen (e.g facing the floor or to the extreme right or left). Thanks again!

Is a good routine, but without instruction which means I have to constantly looking at the screen. It would help if there is some indication of 1 breath or 2 before the next move Thanks/ Jane

When i watched and practiced this video this morning - i did not hear any instructions or music. only the intro and the ending. it was hard to follow for me.

Good Friday Afternoon Kseny :) love this routine, added to my other morning routines. every time there is no voice, it brings me back to my Master, who spoke only Cantonese, so we would always have to watch and read his gestures. But the great thing about learning from you there is no punishments (10-30 min Horse stance, and other such learning techniques lol) it was old school.

Hi Will, thank you for sharing. Yeah, it is very different how the masters teach in the East. When I had my training with a Chinese master sometimes we would just watch him do a sequence for 45 minutes and follow. There was a sense of calm and serenity in the room. I'm glad you are enjoying the routines without the punishment:) Keep it up!

I am new to qigong and I do like a lot your videos. Thanks for sharing it with us. I do prefer the videos with some cues. It helps me to keep focused and to follow better the sequence. I did enjoyed it but I don’t think I will practice again with this one of your videos. But thank you a lot!!!
