Thank you Kseny ❤ Flying birds was very difficult for me due to stiffness in upper back. Started feeling pain just after couple of reps. Hoping to heal with the Wi Gong routines with you ❤

Hi kseny, started this practice today. Thought it was just great. Could certainly identify the area of discomfort! Afraid that our india may be the cause as she is very reactive on the lead! Will have to grow stronger in that department. Have a fab day!🐶🐶😁

Hullo from afar. I've practised taichi and qi gong for many years now but I had an accident where one of the nerves stemming off the spine at shoulder blade level went beserk and is running now off its proper place and is probably damaged. I'm doing physiotherapy and I know that muscles and joints are OK but the burning pain is there, in that right hand upper quadrant affecting also my breast. Should these exercises help me or is only for joints, muscles and tendons? Thank you.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about your accident and the pain you're experiencing. Qigong can be helpful for more than just muscles, joints, and tendons-it works on the energy (Qi) flow in the body, which includes the nervous system. Many of the gentle movements, combined with breathwork, can help relax the body and promote healing by improving circulation and encouraging Qi to flow where it may be blocked or stagnant, including areas affected by nerve pain. That said, I encourage you to listen to your body and consult with your healthcare provider to ensure that the exercises are safe for your specific condition. Starting with gentle, soothing movements and breathwork that don't aggravate your pain could be beneficial, but it’s important to proceed with caution, especially with nerve damage. Wishing you a smooth recovery and sending you healing energy. Please take care.
