Welcome back ladies!
These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off and want to lose weight!
My mission is to show you that it is possible to transform your body in your 40s, 50s and older! Most women I meet want to get in shape but just don't know where to start. In this video I show exactly what you can do to start exercising and getting in shape!

I am loving this workout, it suits me as I’m just getting back to fitness after YEARS off doing nothing. This is enough for me atm to build up a sweat and get my heart rate up. As it’s only 10 minutes it’s not daunting for me. I am doing a few of your beginner workouts now. Thanks!💐

My beautiful friend shared a few videos to me and I'm so glad she did as I have so much fun whilst doing it..I'm bit un- co ordinated but I just go along and laugh at sane time! I enjoy them so much

Hi Petra, I found you on Instagram over year ago now and you are just so inspiring. You do make it look fun and effortless and that encourages me to exercise. I need to know roughly what is your diet please? And how long you have to do exercise and how days a week? Appreciate it

Hi - I have a course coming out in September that will have my complete meal plan in it. I do not eat junk food, sugar and not too much wheat, and no sodas/fizzy drinks. I eat single ingredient foods that I cook fresh at home, drink lots of water. I exercise 5-6 times a week (20-30 mins) and go for a lovely long walk on Sunday! xx

What this is: a warm up for 10 minutes. This is designed for people who have very little strength in their arms. If you've got even basic body strength, I'd recommend her other workouts using weights or a workout that is ten minutes of no weights but challenging arm movements. This is not a toning workout.
