Wow, I hardly ever comment on videos like this but this seriously brought me to a level of chill I’ve never seen before. I even stayed in the seated meditation after the video ended until I was rudely interrupted by an ad after autoplay started playing the next video. Thank you so much!

Perfect, I love these 20 min practices not only to use on rest days but also right after I’ve finished weight lifting but still want to implement a little yoga before I’m done for the day

This was the perfect amount of time for stretching that I wanted to do today. I workout rigorously all week & I wanted to take it easy today. Many of the other videos are about an hour long but this video was perfect it helped me stretch out all of my sore spots without spending too much time on the mat Thanks!!

Ah! This is perfect. I really dislike the way I feel when I don't move in the morning, even on rest days but want to be aware of my need to recoup. Today is a restorative day, which I enjoy, but crave something more movement-oriented in the A.M. Thank you!

I found your channel last week. I've completed 3 different videos. I love it! Thanks for sharing. I ran 8 miles today so this was exactly what my body needed. Trying to convince myself to train for another marathon. I'm a bit older than before so adding your videos to the mix is really going to help me with my flexibility, mobility, and hopefully stay injury free. Thank you again, I know how much work you put into sharing your knowledge and time. It's appreciated!

Never really done yoga in my life. But as a surfer I spend 4-6 times a week, sometimes two sessions per day in the water. Trying to go to the gym as well 2-3 times a week. I started using these flows to keep the balance. Love it so far!

I really like the idea of an active recovery yoga video Flow, do you do any form of exercise apart from yoga? Like calisthenics or lifting or something? I would look forward to the utilization of yoga in and as active recovery, though I do admit I enjoy your stronger classes though often struggle with some of the harder poses, like side plank with the upper leg raised and stuff. Thank you for sharing with us.

Mine also, but because of a sore ankle. I took a supplement that put some lean muscle on and have been working on my balancing poses. warrior 3 to be exact. I'm thinking it's the weight, I have narrow feet and balancing at times is the most difficult( i'm also 6'5) I don't know if it's at all common with ankles as it is with your wrists. I warm my wrist up before thanks to your videos and the volume and maintenance of my planks and pushups have increased exponentially. If I focus on my balancing poses, i may have to focus on stretching my ankles.

Hi again, Flow. I mentioned in a previous comment that I've started your Embark program after nearly 30 years of inactivity. I've been practicing every day for just over six weeks. How often would you recommend taking a day off? I've noticed that recently I'm experiencing more pain after my practice. Thank you for all you do.

the best guidance is the one from your body. it will tell you when to take breaks and when to go hard. if that is not possible for you then do 5 days strong, 2 days gentle 🙏🖤
