This was the perfect amount of time for stretching that I wanted to do today. I workout rigorously all week & I wanted to take it easy today. Many of the other videos are about an hour long but this video was perfect it helped me stretch out all of my sore spots without spending too much time on the mat Thanks!!

Ah! This is perfect. I really dislike the way I feel when I don't move in the morning, even on rest days but want to be aware of my need to recoup. Today is a restorative day, which I enjoy, but crave something more movement-oriented in the A.M. Thank you!

Hello, I’ve been doing yoga with you both for about 2 years. I’ve been traveling in Europe for the last eight months. I’m not traveling with a yoga mat and I’ve been staying at a lot of hostels and hotels. It’s been really difficult to maintain my yoga practice in this situation because I’m often in small rooms. I would love to see some videos geared to travelers who would need to do yoga while standing because I don’t want want to get on the floor in most circumstances and also due to the lack of space. I and other travelers would really appreciate it. You both would be ideal for this as you are often traveling and understand life on the road. Thanks, Sharon

if you're serious about your practice you will get a travel mat and make a practice work and travel with your mat. this is what we do. you will always find a space big enough to fit your mat somewhere.

Never really done yoga in my life. But as a surfer I spend 4-6 times a week, sometimes two sessions per day in the water. Trying to go to the gym as well 2-3 times a week. I started using these flows to keep the balance. Love it so far!

Thank You Flo!! I am in my “rest” day (haha, last day of mindful studying for a Becoming a Sworn Translator national exam!) and you know that with a baby, there are never long periods of rest, but that is the balance! I wanted to thank you because this practice was so healing. I did it just after the sciatica one -I smiled so much after your skateboarding story!! And I have to agree that the yogic paths that injury has led us really have left us feeling better or in a state better than before the injury, a state we never knew before. Thank you for all your input and also for your practices - i do the 7 mobility movements and then the 20 mn, 5 am club practices every day, and it has really improved my baby-carrying capacity 😂, I mean baby holding with no pain, as well as the stability in my arms and emotions, allowing me to write and study with no pain. Thank you so much to you and Bre for everything! I did the mobility pails and rails for the shoulders with you and then for the hips with her the other day, for the first time and in a row, and it felt like a Blast!! Absolutely amazing 💥. Thank you both for existing and for being here, offering what you know to the world.

I am now at the point in my yoga journey of less is SO much more. And this was great. I prefer the slow easy, long stretch classes over, muscling through vinyasas. Perhaps it is an age thing, when I want my body to be mobile and functional, not aesthetically pleasing! 😁 So this was great after a few days of pilates refomer classes.

I really like the idea of an active recovery yoga video Flow, do you do any form of exercise apart from yoga? Like calisthenics or lifting or something? I would look forward to the utilization of yoga in and as active recovery, though I do admit I enjoy your stronger classes though often struggle with some of the harder poses, like side plank with the upper leg raised and stuff. Thank you for sharing with us.

Mine also, but because of a sore ankle. I took a supplement that put some lean muscle on and have been working on my balancing poses. warrior 3 to be exact. I'm thinking it's the weight, I have narrow feet and balancing at times is the most difficult( i'm also 6'5) I don't know if it's at all common with ankles as it is with your wrists. I warm my wrist up before thanks to your videos and the volume and maintenance of my planks and pushups have increased exponentially. If I focus on my balancing poses, i may have to focus on stretching my ankles.
