Doctor Strange in the Multiverse Of Madness might not have been the camo packed extravagancy many expected but that's not to say it didn't feature a number of notable expectation. Here we rank them all from worst to best, through Clea, Bruce Campbell, Captain Carter, Monica Rameau's Captain Marvel, Peggy Carter as Captain Carter, Patrick Stewart returning as Professor X, Anson Mount as Black Bolt and John Krasinski making his debut as Reed Richards aka Mr Fantastic of The Fantastic Four.

Really happy with how restrained they were with the cameos in the end because after Spider-Man I was worried it was going to get out of control. I absolutely agree with this. Some people were really mad/disappointed in this. I 100% agree, I feel like after the wandavision Mephisto disaster, and then spiderman no way home making a bazillion dollars, the temptation to go absolutely nuts with just giving the fans exactly what they want at the expense of the pacing and just generally making a good story was there, and I was worried that they’d go to far and we’d end up with people getting replaced with alternate versions of themselves and all of that ridiculousness. Marvel has time and time again shown that they’re restrained when they need to be in the ways Sony and dc aren’t and good at what they do, but the worry was definitely there. I’m glad they’re taking steps to quell expectations and have shown that, for the most part, that they have got some control over the rumour mill.

You made a comment how you thought the black bolt was used for a bit of a laugh but you reminded me of what I've always hoped for re:MCU I've hoped for a bunch of mov I Es set in the universe of all the characters in their comic/outrageous and sometime impractical colours and designs. The addition of black bolt and OG professor x hover chair could be that universe I've been hoping to get. I'm that star wars ep1-3 reboot guy btw

As fun as the Krazinski hype has been, the utter devastation when he is replaced by a young Reed for 616 will be brutal

I feel like they won’t go that route. That’s basically what the fan4stic’s were and that movie was pretty awful, I have a feeling Feige would want to steer clear of anything that reminds audiences of shittier movies they’ve seen before when redoing the fantastic 4.

I kinda like it. Give the fans what they want and still establish a universe from the start the way they want

@@sergiomendoza4850 Maybe, but they also had Anson Mount reprise his role from arguably one of the worst marvel media to exist.

I was so excited to see Mighty Morbin' Power Ranger in this, and he even says his signature phrase "keep on morbin' in the free world" amazing, thanks Feige

The MOMENT I saw Black Bolt I immediately started laughing uncontrollably thinking of you guys and those videos you made. I had to explain it for far too long to my wife. I was replaying him blowing his parent's away in the show again and again in my mind..

I have to say these cameo's were some of the best fan service i've seen whilst not feeling pandering...or at least like some have been. But the best scene was Wanda just absolutely destroying them in a way i never thought Disney would allow, like she was fudging great in this!

Charting in the 60s is a reference to the band the fantastic four, which is a call back to how dr strange knew all about the dates bands charted in the first movie while preforming surgeries

Wait, so he wasn’t saying that The FantStic Four existed in the 60s? It was just a... reference to an obscure rock band? Wow.

In the theater, I remember seeing John Krasinski and thinking “wow, they did it” and then seeing Anson Mont as Black Bolt again and thinking “Nooooo way.”
