Sir, I am 51 years old. I have just watched your video of six steps exercises. I am really given a positive wibe to continue those exercises regularly and daily. Actually i am really embarrassed to tell you that i am 117 kg. Even then i have the confidence of losing my weight. For the past 20 days i just started going for a walk regularly for an hour. But tomorrow onwards aling with walking i am going to do all these exercises daily. Thank you for having given / posted such useful videos for the betterment of the people. Evening 15 minutes walk.. Good Robust Health Fit as Fiddle man incessant practice not intermittant practice my Dear son... Health is panacea... Walking is an ordinary exercise gentleman..
