So since the author hasn’t finished it, here’s an alternative ending that I just thought up lol, enjoy~ Drew Gooden realizes something is amiss when his friends haven’t posted or been in contact for the past few weeks. Determined to find out what happened, Drew breaks into Kurtis’ house and discovers the video recording of Obama asking Kurtis to work for him. Following that lead, he goes to the Obama residence and starts investigating, but the video cameras end up catching him. Luckily, Obama thinks that Drew is Danny and is surprised that “Danny” escaped and recaptures him. Drew is super confused as he’s just been kidnapped by the former president but when he meets Dann, he lets Drew know what happened, and they devise a plan to get out using the fact that Obama and his goons think Drew is Danny to their advantage. Danny distracts Obama by asking him questions about his world domination plan, while Drew tricks the guards that he’s Danny and freely searches the house and finds the key to free the workers, under the cover that he lost the golden pistol. After getting the key Drew texts Danny to meet him in the workspace, and Danny knocks out Obama using the skills that Michelle taught him. Drew starts knocking out the guards with one of the spare computers and Danny arrives in time to finish off the last two. They quickly unlock the shackles and tell the workers to follow them to freedom, however, the workers have lived there so long that they have become quite lifeless and except for John Mulaney, no one moves. Kurtis tries to convince them to leave but John lets him know that it’s futile, so the four of them decide to just leave now and then call the police about it. They hear more guards approaching and realize they can’t waste any more time so they make a run for it and get to Kurtis’ car (Lightning McQueen obviously) just as they hear an explosion. Obama had set the computers to self-destruct if no one typed on them for more than 2 minutes unless it was lunchtime. Looking back they saw the mansion crumbling and smoke and dust billowing around it. “My La Croix!!” Danny tries to run back, but Kurtis grabs his wrist, “if you go back there, the fumes alone would kill you, plus there will be none of that disgrace-to-soft-drinks in my car’s face.” Lightning nods, “I can’t believe I had to suffer the drive here with that carbonated abomination in me.” “Danny, if you go back there you’ll never be able to get justice first those workers,” John adds. Danny still looks conflicted. “Think of Laura and Greg; are you really going to give up everything and everyone you care about for some watery soda that probably didn’t even survive the explosion? Is that really what you’re risking your life for? You know, if you go back there you’ll never see them again. You’ll never see us again. Is that really what you want? You have tons of La Croix at home anyway Danny,” Drew insists. “But... I suppose so... it’s just...” Danny trails off. “You’re rich Danny, you can always buy more. Come on we have to go,” John rolls his eyes and gets into the backseat. Kurtis lets go of Danny’s wrist and gets into the driver’s seat, as Drew sits in the passenger seat and Danny reluctantly gets in Lightning and sits next to John. Danny longingly looks back at the collapsed mansion as Lightning speeds off, the distance between them and the La Croix quickly increasing. The four call the police and drop John off then film a collab exposing Obama’s wrongs. The story is all over the news and the trio are considered heroes to most. Obama’s secret agents catch wind of everything that happened and the trio starts getting death threats. They decide that they need to live somewhere more secure and safe so they buy an island and move there with their family and friends. They rock, paper, scissors for who gets to choose the name and Kurtis wins and names the place Kurtistown. There they decide that taking Obama down wasn’t enough and that they wanted to bring down all corrupt politicians. John Mulaney doesn’t join as he has had enough excitement and wants to live a quiet life. The trio does an amazing job but it is super dangerous and Drew is almost killed. Fortunately, in the end, they are able to use their platforms to bring down all the corrupt politicians and end up winning the Noble Peace Prize and getting a holiday named after them. The end. Sorry, there’s so little dialogue, writing dialogue takes time and would make the comment too long and I wanted to write this quickly and concisely. Also sorry about the horrible grammar 😬. Please go easy on the constructive criticism, I’ve never written a fanfic before 😅

It's been 3 months since Kurtis posted this so I REALLY need an update on the release of the continuance of this absolute fucking MASTERPIECE. No pressure on the author though, a piece of riveting literature like this can take a while to complete. I also feel like this is the kind of writing where the storyline is written as they go and it's fantastic. It is a NECESSITY that we get the rest of this story because so much of this is so unfathomably well written from what I can tell hearing Kurtis read it. The descriptions, dialogue, the nuances, the attention to detail. The best fucking concepts that catch you so totally off guard, like Buddy Holly is the new fucking lunch alarm and Obama just randomly decides so. JOHN MULANEY??? How Michelle and everything she does is just like, completely perfect. The fucking cliffhanger dude??? Also I love this and I would love more content like this on the podcast, I hope other people agree!!
