This video is for Red Velvet Cake.
The Red Velvet recipe has been shown many times in my channel.
But this one is also very delicious. Besides, it's the easiest recipe.

The batter is very thin. So you have to divide it into 2 cake pans and bake it.
I baked this cake in a conventional oven. It comes out most reliably. You hardly need to level the top.
When baking in a convection oven, the top is inevitably puffy and the center bursts.
So, when using it, the top of the sheet must be trimmed.
In convection ovens, the top shelf is relatively less affected by wind.
It is recommended to bake it on the top layer, and the temperature will be lower than 150℃.
Be sure to take good care of pampering while checking the oven thermometer while baking.
I made butter cream simply.
After whipping butter and cream cheese, add condensed milk and icing sugar to finish.
I added condensed milk, but why do I add powdered sugar again?
Cream cheese has more moisture. If you put whole condensed milk in to make it sweeter, buttercream will separate.
So, fill the rest of the sweetness with powdered sugar.
However, if you add only powdered sugar, it may not melt completely, so you feel grit. So it is better to use condensed milk properly.
I think the rough icing is pretty good for the red velvet cake.
