This 20 minute yoga class is part of my 30 days of yoga for peace of mind series.
In this restorative yoga for restless legs routine we will work on stretching and shaking out the nagging feeling within the legs and lower back.
Restless legs will often disrupt sleep, this yoga routine will help offer the mind and body relaxation helping you wake up feeling recharged.

This is my favourite routine for restless leg. After persisting with it at least 4 times a week for a month or so it's made a big difference.

Day 2 done! this has definitely been helping me feel more relaxed bed. On yesterday's video I accidentally fell asleep!

Hi Bird! I really appreciate the new movements that you include in this routine. I like to try different kinds of postures regularly when I do yoga. It keeps me curious and motivated. And the pose with the strap is really effective for me. So thank you and have a beautiful day! ☀️🌿🙂

Hi Bird, so this is my second day of doing restorative yoga ever. I used to do a more fast paced yoga. I've noticed a difference and want to ask why you prefer to do the movement on the in-breath instead of the out-breath? Thanks for your tips in the previous video by the way, a blanket/towel under my sacrum really helps.

In breath to rise/extend. Out breath to lower/fold/twist. This also depends on the style of yoga. Movement with breath is often practiced in vinyasa yoga. But can benefit you in many other styles as well. The breath helps to create space and eliminate toxins within the body.
