Please enjoy my 2nd podcast conversation with 'The Iceman' Wim Hof -- a modern-day force of nature who has mastered the art of breath to unlock heightened states of consciousness and untapped reservoirs of human potential to do the unfathomable.
Disclaimer: Never practice any of the breathing exercises described in this conversation without proper supervision. Avoid doing them before/during any activities where a loss of consciousness may prove life threatening. The breathing methods discussed may have a profound effect and should be practiced exactly as explained and always in a safe environment.
Enjoy!

You can't truly understand this man's teachings unless you give it a try. One of my favourite quotes from past interviews with Wim is "You won't find the meaning of life from reading books, YOU are the book, and you need to open up." I started my adventures with the cold about two years ago. It is a beautiful and empowering thing. It can be difficult to start, but anything truly worthwhile is. Think I'm wrong? Give it a try. =)

I could care less about nit picking his understanding of the actual physiological science, his method simply works. Never thought I could love cold showers after being raised in the woods of PA with one space heater and outside showers under a hose with snow on the ground. I hated cold. Happy + Healthy + Strong = Truly Free... I realize this is 5 years old at this point, but thanks so much for posting this podcast, I'm a big fan of Wim and his practice. It has helped me (and continues to do so) with so many physical conditions from fibromyalgia to chronic arthritis pain, sleep apnea, chronic headaches, and auto immune conditions, among others. I love his perception of the mind-body connection... very similar to the native philosophy that everything is connected, we are all related, and the sacred hoop of life. Very interesting- I'm currently studying the idea of what psychology calls "genetic memory", and how it may have a play in all my physical troubles (through genetic memory of past experiences of my ancestors and the learned responses they may have passed on to me). Great interview with Wim Hof and I learned alot more. I started practicing the method about 5 years ago for tendonitis in my left lower leg from an achilles tendon rupture years ago. The method did more for my problem than any prescribed pills doctors had prescribed me over the years. They left me high and dry. And I don't think I'd be alive today if I did not try the method. It also helps with my PTSD issue.

What people don’t know that this is really the mind doing the healing- belief is central. Obviously I don’t have time to relate it all but wins method is tapping into this God gifted body and it’s ability to heal itself.

I am so grateful for the research and scientific experiments that he is doing to uncover exactly how it all works. As a yogi, I have experienced the healing and beauty of breathing exercises, but I like to know the how of it also. I definitely know that learning to breathe is a transformative experience.

I'm 72 and not in shape. Trying...do the cold plunge close to everyday....32.7 degrees this am. in Pa. I started because I wanted to 'wake' back up physically after years of lethargy and depression. Felt like it was this or die...My heart has improved...I am more awake...and every morning is the drama of "am I really going to do this again??...but I find myself at the tub and getting into the water... Great interview!

Haha, Wim breathing life into the mic. The cannabinoid situation totally makes sense. Saw this doc about marijuana some time ago and the chemical side was explained "yeah, we got these receptors and they fit perfectly - it's like we were meant to smoke pot!"... More like, we were meant to create our own high, hm...

*Ayahuasca,* other ceremonial shamanic plants and psychedelic drugs are high risk behaviors that invite Attachments, _Addiction Webbing_ and Possession for human beings on the planet during the _Ascension Cycle at this time._ *Ayahuasca plant spirit has been hijacked* by many of the dark avatars and the consortium of NAA entities that are on this planet during the Ascension Cycle looking to harvest Soul bodies and the possibility to take over the physical body. *It is designed to interfere with true spiritual communication* links and shut off the neurological communication functions between the persons consciousness and their higher spirit. It will install its own software programs to run the body, and brain in the autonomic functions of the _Central Nervous System._ It is usually an astral enlightenment program to trick the person into believing their artificially induced spiritual and altered consciousness state is real. The Ayahuasca plant is connected to a massive spirit, that has grown in size from many people being falsely lead on this path and taking it at high quantities during this time. The design of this plant ceremony in most common cases, is that the spirit of the plant is manipulated by negative forces that want the original consciousness of the person taking the drug to leave the body and/or change Timelines. The goal for the _Imposter Spirit_ that want to take over the human body either in the current time, or in the future timelines, use the Ayahuasca plant to act as its conduit and dark portal opening to allow access into the inner spiritual sanctum of that person. *From a higher perspective,* Ayahuasca should be avoided and steps taken to understand its true energetic signature and know who is behind its *aggressive promotion* in the spiritual communities.

God bless you dear brother Wim...your awesome enthusiasm, caring and focus kept bringing hope, light and resolution to the table, and Rich, dear junge Mensch, seemed to get it for a blink or two but kept falling off the wagon even when Wim came to a pause. Was this Rich's way of providing a stimulus for Wim to share more? ...it was interesting. Listening to Wim is the joy of hearing truth unfold. This is one of the many reasons why he as a nature based believer and prophet of clarity and good sense is an eloquent clarion voice for us all to awaken to awareness, balance, belief, creativity, courage and action Thank you Wim. My coaches and i in my private practice are adopting your path as our own. Amen

Win Hof congratulates Rich Roll for accomplishing so much by himself. To his credit Rich corrects him somewhat by saying that it was accomplished spiritually; i. e. By a Higher Power, really by God. God accomplishments so much more than we have ever imagined; we have done so much less than we have ever boasted about! Rich Roll was headed in the wrong direction in his life overall being trapped by addiction but found recovery to the benefit of all of us. He got sober at the same facility as my brother. My brother had good things to say about Rich Roll: “He was a cool 😎 dude, like you and me.” Win Hof has helped to show people how powerful and helpful their brain, mind, and Spirit can be, Rich Roll helps by asking him questions we all have!! Thanks you two, keep it up 👍
