@@rock-vocab I do not follow a specific diet. I eat everything but in small quantities. If I crave sweets like ice cream and chocolate, I eat only those and don't have extra meals. Our Indian food is a balanced diet. So I eat all my daily meals but in small quantities

Doing this for a week! + eating less (Will weigh myself tomorrow) Day 1 - ✅ I haven’t worked out in so long and this was painful, I couldn’t keep my legs straight but I completed it all Day 2 - ✅ honestly burned so much, the plank was so hard but it did it, I did eat 3 meals today instead of 2 but no snaking. Day 3 - ✅done! Did everything but plank, only did 10 seconds cus I was shaking! Day 4- ✅woke up with no body pain workout was easier Day 5- Day 6- Day 7-

I did workouts from first Roberta 'a gym then lily sabri and chole ting and anna mcnulty (for flexible) But some worked I got splits slim legs and arms but my belly was not I did more then 35 videos of belly fat workout but now my belly is not flat but still doing the workout Edit: Not doing this

@@ariislvr Hanging belly has definitely reduced. I'm now able to do 25-26 sets of each in place of 20. Quite good a result imo considering it's just 10 minutes of your day. Might get faster and better results if you combine it with other workouts or do it twice in a day.

Day 3 and my legs are so pain, I mean, my femer, also started to feel the pain at the bottom of my flabby tummy 😂 , I am so. Glad I am trying to do this for ten days which is the right time to tighten some of the flab and go on to the next one , although it has 8 exercises I know probably get there till goodness how long. I am absolutely dreading this 7 days, am I going to be crying for my tummy, I am exhausted. Thank you🎉🎉 till then. 😢

Okay so I did it guys. Monday to Sunday. I couldn't hold the plank the whole time to begin with but now I can. My form and posture is so much better already and I can tell l I'm stronger. I have quite a bit of weight to lose so no crazy results but I feel leaner. I have lost 2lb, but that's alongside clean eating for most of the week, and cardio too. I'm going to try another workout next week but I might still do this one maybe three times a week until I feel I need to move to another ab workout. Love this channel!

I've been doing this exercise for 5 months now together with other 2 more workout videos and I can say that it's working on me. I usually do my workout in the morning where I'm fasting 16:8. I changed my diet as well and trying to be a healthy eatear and less chocolate 😂😂 no sugar in my coffe2 too. I lose 11kilos now. My size 10 jeans fit well now and I'm very happy.

I think this workout is really effective for reducing lower belly, especially the reverse crunches. I started yesterday and felt pain in my lower belly area next day. I will continue this workout for several weeks to see if it really flattens my belly.

I cant thank u enough roberta❤. I am 65 kg. I do this (vedio )exercises and lose 4kg in 1 week( vedio)exercises . I reduce 10 kg in 2months without diet. Im Only avoid sweets. I love roberta.

Forgive me I did this one instead of the other one . Which is 25 days exercise, I can honestly say the leg drop are so much harder than ever before the start so I w ill do this in 25 days 😢 till then🎉thank you

For an Asian like me. My diet consists of grains like rice and bread. But its recommended to stay away from grains. So will I still lose weight if I still eat abit of grains?

A bit is ok, but don't overdo it! And also, you have to exercise regularly, daily even, in order to lose weight and burn all those grains that you ate! Good luck and keep exercising!❤️💪

Day 4 and I am running with pain my legs are the worst, thank you🎉🎉 my bottom of my stomach feels like a period due. Even though I don't have them anymore 😂 this stupid p.lank gets on my nerves I tried to do it on my gym but I. Keep slipping because of the plank I tried the carpet haaaa it slips also I some how want to miss it out. Though the m9re I try. It the more I will get to do it! Any tips you have Would be great fully appreciated 🙏 till then

Day 1: my stomach hurts but not that much Day 2: It hurts worse then yesterday Day 3: My schedule was packed but I did it at 4 am Day 4: I did it and the progress is showing a bit Day 5: didn't exercise but ate healthy things Day 6: Did them and I'm getting used to it Day 7: I SEE THE RESULTS A BIT Y'ALL. Day 8: I woke up at 5 to do this workout bc i sometimes forget in the afternoon Day 9: Day 10 Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: Day 15: Day 16: Day 17:

You got this, Shikha Yadav! It is important that you start and end your workout with a warm-up. This will prepare your muscles and joints for activity by warming up and stretching before you do the routines. The muscle soreness is normal as it is a sign that you're getting stronger, and is nothing to be alarmed about. Again, on your next workout try to do warming up exercises first and let me know how it goes. Hope this help! Good luck and Happy workout!💪

Day. 2 oh boy, oh boy! Thank you🎉 although my legs still kills me the very bottom of my tummy I can start feel this stupid razsion twist I hate sorry I shouldn't say that it. Is so hard I just want to miss this out, but I know I am cheating myself, but it will also stop doing all together. Till then😮😊
