किती छान समजावलंस !! फार चांगली माहीती आहे ही.मला आज कळलं की मी पन्नाशीत पण का फिट आहे!कधीच डाएट केलं नाही पण अती खाल्लं नाही.शतावरी, आळीव,मेथी कधीच खाणं बंद केलं नाही.तुझी माहीती खूप गरजेची आहे आजच्या मुलींसाठी.खूप खूप आभार!!

ऋजुता, खूपच छान माहिती सांगितलीत. कळतं पण वळत नाही असं झालंय आताशी. तरी हा व्हिडीओ पाहून शब्दन शब्द पटला आणि स्फूर्ती मिळाली. तुम्ही मराठीत बोलल्यामुळे असेल, मनाला तुमचं बोलणं जास्ती भिडलं😊
