What scares me the most is that I am seeing a repeat of 1939. The question is, what will be our Poland moment? And how long will we wait until we make it our Poland moment? And if we do have a Poland moment, are we prepared to do what it takes to end the war? On that note, I do realize that winning the war is impossible; with nuclear deterrents in effect, the best we can ask for is a return to the previous borders. Well there are reasons for that conflict. Crimea was and is the most important naval harbor. This all did not start there. It did start with the reunification of Germany and the downfall of the Soviet Union. Warsaw pact got obsolete back then, so should have been the NATO.
