I came across this video today. I had already watched today's video so I immediately freaked out thinking that it was a new post. I believe God puts people in our paths and in our lives very specifically. Even though we have never met I feel like you are my friends. I want to be your neighbors!😁 losing my mother was the hardest thing I've ever been through in my life. 10 years later it is just as hard. Knowing she had a relationship with Christ did provided comfort and hope. Thank you for sharing your lives and your family with me. I'm praying for you all Jessica. I know it's hard to hear this but Our Father saved her from suffering through cancer treatments. I worked in a hospital for 34 years in a capacity where I spent a lot of time with people going through chemo and in the end lose the battle. I pray that God will provide all of you with comfort through this very painful time. I will continue to pray for you and your family until you return.

There's a time to be happy and a time to mourn and a time to praise him for all that has been born. Look upon the gifts she gave and always praise her name. I wish there was something I could say to make your hurt less, but I can’t. I can tell you when my husband succumbed at 29 after a long battle and left me with 5 kids my youngest 2 our only daughter, I was so angry. Angry at God, angry at all the people that didn’t spend time with him, mostly angry at myself, because he was so good and should have been the one to stay out of the 2 of us, is what I told myself. An older neighbor lady came to see me one day as I sat vigil in my spot staring at our pictures and I voiced my why me thoughts. She said “ why you, honey why not you. Would you put this on someone else? God didn’t do this to your family. God came and took him out of his suffering before he wasted away in front of yours and your children’s eyes. God came and just like that took the same man who played football in this yard with your kids 2 weeks ago home. He spared him anymore suffering.” I think I wailed something about God being selfish and leaving us all alone, But I tell you now, that conversation played over and over in my head and one day I was able to look up to the sky, fall to my knees and beg God to forgive me for all the hateful things I felt and knew wasn’t true and thanked him that he spared my love anymore suffering and took him home, and that he never left us no matter how much I screamed and yelled, he never left us, he never left me. He will never leave you or your family. Remember “But Jesus Came”.
