Thank you for this beautiful practice - it was just what I needed today. I have been arguing with myself for the last few days about whether to take this challenge or not because I have so much pressure on my time caring for others. I know I need to carve out time for myself every day so that I can survive the pressure. This type of 10-minute practice is ideal in my current circumstances especially as I only have a small space and no mat most of the time. Ten minutes of yoga a day can achieve a great deal. I’m looking forward to tomorrow!

SarahBeth, you have been my favorite yoga instructor for years. Today is the anniversary of my miscarriage that has left deep emotional scars on me. My mood and mind has been so off. I do a lot of work in promoting mental health for others but when I shared with my friend about how I was struggling today she said, “what about some somatic work?” I said, yeah i probably should but I don’t want to. But I had the link to this practice in my email and I knew that I could probably handle 10 min. And I did. I know it was good for me. And I thought about how being open to the pain of memories and experiences also means being open to healing each year that this anniversary comes up. I know moving my body helps to heal my soul. Thanks for this practice today.
