I struggle with the flow programs,but I am challenging myself to do my best and keep trying. I actually did this one easily but I have RA and I must always be aware of movements that my joints don't want to do. I have loved your channel for over 5 years especially the yin and stretching classes.

Hi. I've been trying to get back into practice since my total knee replacement. I find that I just can't stand to kneel on that knee. Do you possibly have a routine that has a modified or different pose that covers the same muscles. For example, I used to love cat/dog and bird dog but I just can't do them anymore. 😔

I'm sorry, but who are we kidding by saying this is for all levels? It's very demotivating to beginners. Especially after yesterday's practice, which was a breeze.

Today is more challenging and more challenging practices are interspersed throughout each week. All levels and "beginners" are different types of practices. Beginners will feel challenged by all levels sometimes as it doesn't cater specifically to beginner level practices. I recommend the Beginner Yoga Challenge for a consistent practice geared specifically for beginners.
