Hi Lydia, I’m so excited that you liked the video. We spent a lot of time on it. Typically pain is the last thing to come and the first thing to go in recovery. What’s often left is the non-painful root cause. This may be something as simple as a weak core, a glue muscle, that’s not functioning well, or a lack of mobility. Regardless of what it is typically revealed itself through a movement assessment. Even if there is no pain, we can often see areas of the body which are not working well. If you’d like us to perform this type of assessment with you reach out.

That helped me immediately. I’ve had pain in my right hip groin for weeks. I think I strained it because it was very severe pain and it’s healing up. I am a very active walker and 68-year-old female. I also lift weight. Thank you so much. 😘

The first exercise hurt BUT as I continued to push through, the stretch was nice and did not it hurt as much. The second exercise was better. I will perform the second twice a day minimum and throughout the day as needed. There are times I start out walking fine, sometime into my walk the pain begins and prevents me from walking well. Let's see what happens

I try to explain it well because English is not my native language. A week two ago I had groin pain that escalated. I had called an on-call doctor who works at night. I really didn't feel okay there. She told me that I had pressure pain on my pubic bones, something about bursitis? She referred me to a doctor. who checked my hips through exercises, said they were okay and the inflammation was next to my pubic bone, a tendon? and prescribed me anti-inflammatories. This week I took those pills for a whole week. My stomach was in disarray and I still have flat stools. Pressure pain is gone but my hip or that part still doesn't feel okay. I also register with tiger salmon for my lower back and buttocks. That only helps for a moment. What is this??? I'm worried, I hope I don't need surgery or it's something bad. And I have already done 3 GP visits.😢41old woman from Belgium.

Hi there from Austria! What can i do if both sides of the groin are painful. From your explanation it would seem counter intuitive to swap sides if this exercise is only to help a one sided groin pain. Any suggestions gratefully received😊🙏😊.
@Performance-Place-chiropractorАй бұрын
The pelvis and low back and hips are work with each other. So both sides are often needing some TLC. I’d suggest a Discovery Session if you want to discuss it further. It’s currently $29 for 25m. Super affordable and you’ll walk away with a better idea of what a solution could look like for you. 714-502-4243 info@p2sportscare.com

Gosh I’m really sorry to hear about your troubles. I’m not sure if this is the right stretch. When we curate a specific stretch for people’s issues we need to assess what is right first

I have the same exact thing only difference I play soccer but literally like you explained that’s what’s happening to me So this started almost a month ago when I woke up I felt pain when I did certain movements what I did was rest for 2 days and was putting ice and then I continued going to the gym 4x a week but I would still feel that discomfort so 3 weeks passed and I still would feel the discomfort I play soccer so each time I played the day after I would wake up with that discomfort I went to the ER and they gave me 2 pain medications for inflammation and they did an ultrasound in the groin area and they said I was good they didn’t really explain what I had and they told me to go see my primary doctor so they can refer me to someone else I took some days off and continued playing soccer and going to the gym I saw a similar video like this and started doing these movements and I feel so much better so much relief now it’s just a slight discomfort like barely anything So as of now I’m doing my regular activity but for leg days I’m scared to lift heavy because I still have that slight discomfort Im going to keep doing these movements because there really helping me

Thank you for the advice. This understanding of groin pain is totally unhelpful for me and performing it only exacerbates the issue. Hi my name is Steve, I am a 59 year ole male. My condition is from numerous muscle ruptures in the pelvic region. Some examples are the inner thigh muscle groups abductors muscle groups. Also the TFL and the glutes and psoas. All these complications are from severe dehydration. Resulting in Charlie horses and the muscles rupturing. Then lying in bed for 1.5 years in a bent knee position. These numerous injuries healed in this position. It’s taken three years to stand upright, before I was bent over because of the way I healed laying in bed. I had to use an inverter to re injure/tare or stretch the muscle back to its normal or healthy form (position)! There are numerous adhesions. I can overwork myself very easy which requires days in bed to recover. Mostly today I am on one cane graduating from two. My facia was so ill it dred around my muscles tendons and ligaments. This caused severe overwhelming violent and screaming pain! This pain is and was so horrible and horrendous it would make you vomit shiver and beg for relief. It’s indescribable pain. This condition was from an addiction to opioids. A 30 year drug addiction. I have been drug free since 2017. I’ve been in this pain since 2015. All my diagnoses are from personal experiences and research. In a nutshell the facia dried up from being tacky around my nerves causing pain when moving in any direction. The muscles on my left side pelvic floor, hip flexors, glutes, piriformis muscles, psoas and the TFL amongst others all are injured and my flexibility issues are ongoing. I’m up to 30 minutes or 1 hour a day out of bed. You might think this is my problem but you would be surprised that your understanding and medial information does not apply to my situation. Thanks again for putting out this free information it will help 99.9 percent of people. I am that .001 that has to scratch climb and claw my way out of this hell! One thing is for sure 👍 I learned my lesson ❤ all thanks to the Most High YAH halleluYAH
